Donkey Kong 3, released by Nintendo in 1983, involves the player controlling Stanley the Bugman who must defend his greenhouse from Donkey Kong and a horde of insects. With a bug spray that fires quickly, you shoot upwards at vines and flying enemies, while boosting flower petals to launch DK upwards towards the rooftop of the greenhouse.

The vertical cabinet has side art of Stanley blasting Donkey Kong between giant flowers and bees. The slanted control panel contains a joystick for left-right movement and a red "Fire" button. A backlit marquee reads "Donkey Kong 3" horizontally across the monitor, with a mono speaker providing buzzing sounds.
